To list all material in a particular language:

• Select the Call No search option
• Enter the name of the language, for example, spanish.
• Select the search button

All spanish material in the Catalogue will then be listed.

To limit an existing search to only material written in a particular language:

• Perform a search.
• Select 'Limit this search' from the search results screens.
• Select the drop down box next to the option to limit by language. A list of the most common foreign languages will be displayed.
• Select the language you require, for example, spanish.
• Select 'Limit/sort items retrieved using above data'

The system will then display only those items from the results of the search that are written in spanish.
